Platinum level customer service. The owner did an emergency temp fix within 1 hour of calling and accomplished the main fix in 48 hours. HECO was able to get onsite on the morning of. Very grateful for True Power Electrical Services.

Peter helped us out with our appointment scheduling. The process was very fast and easy we were able to get an appointment that week. The technicians gave us updates via text that let us know our appointment schedule, when they were in route, and when they were done. Came on time, able to make appointment easily. Fixed a dead outlet where it wasn’t easily to diagnose. Unclear whether defect in wiring or not properly installed before - see dangling wire with kink and broken wires behind a drawer.
